The Sandie Tennis Team defeated Lubbock High in the Regional Final becoming the Regional Champions and advancing to the State Tournament Oct. 30-31 at College Station.
This is the second time in the last three years that the team has advanced to the UIL State Tournament. The last time was the 2017-2018 season where they finished as State Runner-Up.
The team plays San Antonio Alamo Heights on Oct. 30 at 3pm, weather permitting.
