EyeBall Brownie Balls
Ingredients:
1 boxed brownie mix
1 (16 ounce) can of chocolate frosting
1 (24 ounce) bar of white melting chocolate
1 (12 ounce) bag black melting chocolate wafers
red, blue and green edible ink markers
Instructions:
First bake the brownies per the instructions on the box. After letting them cool completely, in a large bowl crumble up the brownies and add spoonfuls of chocolate frosting, mixing between each spoonful, until a dough-like consistency forms. Next, take heaping tablespoon amounts of dough and roll them into balls, placing them on a baking sheet as you go. Once all the dough is rolled into balls, put them in the freezer for 30 minutes. In a clean bowl, melt half the white melting chocolate by microwaving in 30 second increments, taking it out to mix in between. Drop one brownie ball in the melted chocolate at a time, using a fork to ensure the chocolate completely coats the ball, afterwards, scoop the ball up and tap the excess chocolate off. After coating, stick the balls back in the freezer for an additional 30 minutes. While the brownie balls chill, melt down ½ cup of black melting wafers in the microwave in the same way as the white melting chocolate then proceed to put the melted wafers in a piping bag. Using the edible ink markers draw on the red streaks of the eyes and the iris. Lastly, use black to pipe in the pupils of the eyes, let harden and enjoy.
